When I do a reading for you it is important for me to connect to you and deliver the best guidance possible. But I am totally human so I can make a boo-boo or be unclear sometimes. Keep reading to see what happens when you reach out for clarification on your reading. People ask me all the time why I don't offer more live readings or phone readings. There is actually a really good reason for this. My brain goes really fast sometimes, and word vomit comes out. When I do your reading I am laser focused and am either speaking into a recorder or scribbling notes down as I go through your reading. You can imagine how this can get really confusing if you are sitting across a table (literally or figuratively) from me. Email allows me the opportunity to refine that into something that actually makes sense and is something that you can use. But there is a much more important reason why I like to offer a WRITTEN reading. Once it comes out my mouth and onto the paper it is gone.
Gone? Yep! I typically do 30-40 readings PER DAY through my business. That means I am doing almost 300 readings PER WEEK. There is no way that all of my clients, no matter how wonderful they are, are going to stay in this brain. And add in me being a full time student and there is even less room there! I work from home, so it is also important to me that when I shut the office light off and go be with my family, or do my homework that my focus is 100% there. Now, that being said, I do retain email and MP3 recordings for 7 days before they are automatically deleted from my files. If you need clarification I encourage you to contact me as soon as possible so that I can pull up your reading and refresh my memory before I answer. Once that seven days has passed, your reading has left the building. Now PLEASE remember that I keep my prices affordable by remaining as efficient as I am able to. I am happy to answer ONE follow-up question included in your reading, but if you need lots more details, or have several questions I am probably going to direct you to consider a new reading. Finally, roughly two weeks after your purchase you will be sent a final email asking for you to review your purchase. You won't be pestered endlessly if you don't, but your feedback helps other people to get an idea as to if I am a good fit for them. Anything that is a burning question that I missed?
